Deepankar Biswas, Ph.D, PE is the President of SiteLark, an international petroleum engineering consulting and software firm. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in petroleum engineering and received a Certificate in Corporate Finance from Southern Methodist University. He has more than ten archival technical publications, numerous articles and presentations in national and international conferences and publication medias. He also has two book chapters on real options. He is an active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, served as Vice Chairman Education of SPE Dallas Chapter (2006-07) and has been a technical editor for SPEJ. He is a professional registered engineer in the state of Texas. He is a known expert in the areas of reservoir modeling, petroleum software development, and recommending strategies for optimized reservoir management and revenue distribution.

Oil and Gas Software IP trade secret – working for Plaintiff’s Attorneys to prepare a report based on discovery materials.
Unitization Hearing, Little Deep Creek Waterflood Evaluation and Unitization. Testified about the correctness of the reservoir simulation model building and the inherent assumptions in computing STOIIP. Answered questions about interpretation of results.
Equity Participation Investigation via Nexen Reservoir Simulation Model – Assist in preparation of simulation grid materials and evaluation of reservoir simulation results to be presented at the testimony.
Assist in preparing documents for Fair value determination of Offshore California fields under development moratorium.
